Koko Crater Coffee Roasters is a micro roasting company located in Honolulu, Hawaii. This means we roast and process 50 pounds or less per batch. All of our coffees are roasted by a Master Roaster.

Our Master Roaster’s knowledge and love for coffee along with the care and aloha that goes into each roast provides coffee drinkers with a wonderful coffee experience. Each roast is carefully processed by hand from the roasting, blending, to the labeling and filling of each bag. We take pride in our fresh coffee. Our coffees are roasted to order. We also produce “specialty roast orders.” We provide each customer with not just an ordinary cup of coffee but a great coffee experience.
